Lead Accountant (Hybrid) needed in Exeter, £26.32ph PAYE – Reference: 5263560
Flexible working hours, agile and flexible working – 40% office based is desirable.
The provision of comprehensive expert accountancy support to the Client as a whole, including its company interests. To deliver the corporate financial functions required to run a successful organisation.
You will be the accounting lead of one of the following areas:
- General Fund
- Housing (including Housing Revenue Account)
- Commercial (including Strata Service Solutions Ltd)
- Capital (including treasury management)
Responsibilities:
- To be the lead accountant for the provision of financial advice and technical support, including:
- Produce the annual budgets and support in respect of annual business plans and medium term financial plans.
- Budget monitoring and reporting to Committee/Boards.
- Support the production of the Final Accounts.
- Statutory returns.
- Treasury management and bank liaison.
- Benchmarking.
- External Audit liaison.
- Capital financing.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
