Our client based in Germany is looking for an SAP Business Analyst (S4 PP/PM)

Description of Scope

• Analysis of SAP interfaces in the SAP PP/PM modules to external systems as part of a business transformation to S/4 HANA.
• Evaluation of the interfaces and, if necessary, adaptation or optimization for the target system.
• Design of modifications for individual interfaces in coordination with the relevant business departments.
• Execution of integration tests for all interfaces to ensure their proper functionality in the target system.
• Creation of documentation (detailed documentation of all interfaces, their functionality, and their configuration in the new system).
• Collaboration with business units to identify and document business requirements.
• Analysis and identification of business processes to uncover weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Development and presentation of solutions that meet business requirements while being effective and efficient.
• Cooperation with development teams and other stakeholders within the client organization to ensure that solutions are implemented according to client requirements.
• Validation of solutions to ensure they align with the client’s business requirements.
• Preparation of training materials in collaboration with the responsible business units of the client to enable effective use of new solutions by the client’s personnel.

Must have at least 5 years of practical experience in the following:

• Extensive knowledge of the SAP PP module to analyse and adjust interfaces.
• Extensive knowledge of the SAP PM module to analyse and adjust interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA regarding applicable interface technologies.
• Integration testing of SAP interfaces.
• Documentation creation.
• To understand current interfaces and drive necessary adjustments.
• Communication and facilitation skills in collaboration with various stakeholders (business units, agile teams, developers).

Good to have:

• Problem-solving expertise. Ability to proactively address complex topics with the project team, critically assess existing processes and structures, and optimize them.
• Certification in SCRUM or SAFe.
