What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the team to deliver top-notch customer service and delicious Italian treats
• Keeping operations running smoothly, from opening to closing
• Making sure our focaccia is always fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented
• Driving sales and helping the team hit exciting goals
• Managing inventory & ordering, so we’re always stocked with the best ingredients
• Training & inspiring your team to grow and develop their skills

What We’re Looking For

• Someone with leadership skills and a passion for great food
• Experience in food retail, hospitality, or restaurant management
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work 45 hours a week, including weekends and evenings
