Job Description:

Are you a passionate veterinary professional ready to embark on an extraordinary career? Join us at the forefront of innovation in the veterinary industry. Our community of dedicated professionals is committed to providing exceptional care and building something extraordinary.

About Us

At Synchronised Solution, we are always on the lookout for individuals who aspire to excel in their field. We believe in fostering a vision of excellence and enthusiasm that drives our work.

Our commitment to delivering progressive, around-the-clock care means our team members have access to the best equipment and treatment options available, including in-house MRI machines and state-of-the-art operating theaters. We prioritize continuous support for our teams, both in practice and through our dedicated training center, empowering you to achieve veterinary excellence.

The Role

Join the largest independent small animal group in the UK, managed entirely by veterinarians. We understand that your first role in practice is a crucial step in your career, and we have designed a new graduate support program to guide you from the lecture hall to the consultation room.

Few of us possess the full range of consulting, medical, and surgical skills on day one. With our new program launching in August, you will benefit from three months of one-on-one training with experienced veterinarians. The entire program spans 12 months and includes 17 separate teaching modules. We will help you build trust and confidence in your skills, alleviate pressure, and reduce the stress that can often weigh you down. As you complete this program alongside fellow graduates, you’ll have the opportunity to create strong social bonds from day one.

Your training will encompass:

  • Three months of one-on-one training outside the regular veterinary schedule.
  • Practical wet-labs covering surgery, dentistry, ophthalmology, and ultrasound, as well as night training.
  • Workshops on dermatology, cardiology, exotics, consult training, resilience, mental health, and leadership.
  • Online courses in dentistry, surgery, medicine, and ECC.
  • You will also have a dedicated VETGDP advisor to help you settle into your role. They will be your first point of contact for clinical advice and pastoral care, ensuring your integration into our community is as smooth as possible.

Graduate Development Programme Benefits Package

  • Salary of £35,000 per annum (a vehicle can be provided or you can select a vehicle worth £2,500).
  • Four-day working week (after the initial three months of training).
  • BVA, RCVS, VDS, and the first year of BSAVA paid for.
  • Fantastic career progression and partnership opportunities.

We are confident that the Graduate Development Programme will equip you with the clinical skills you need to advance your future career as a veterinarian.

Please note that a full driver’s license is essential. Join us at Synchronised Solution and take the first step towards an extraordinary career in veterinary medicine.
