Key duties in this Customer Service Advisor role will include but are not limited to:

Answering calls

Entering information onto a bespoke computer system effectively

Placing orders

Dealing with a wide variety of queries

Communication both internally and externally over the telephone and/or via email systems

Computer literate
-
Experienced within an admin, call centre or customer service advisor role desirable

Confident on the phone
-
Enthusiastic and eager
-
Must drive due to location
A full-time temporary position paying £11.44 per hour and working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9-5.
