Key duties in this Customer Service Advisor role will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering calls

  • Entering information onto a bespoke computer system effectively

  • Placing orders

  • Dealing with a wide variety of queries

  • Communication both internally and externally over the telephone and/or via email systems

  • Computer literate

  • Experienced within an admin, call centre or customer service advisor role desirable

  • Confident on the phone

  • Enthusiastic and eager

  • Must drive due to location

A full-time temporary position paying £11.44 per hour and working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9-5.
