PURPOSE AND SCOPE
SI-UK was founded in Japan in 2006 and is the leading global student recruitment agency. SI-UK provides free independent advice and support to international students applying to study in the UK and has over 80 offices in more than 40 countries across the world.
Main Duties
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant with a talent for building strong working relationships and providing critical and comprehensive support to the CEO and additional administrative support to the broader executive leadership team. This is a highly visible position within the business. You will be an integral member of the leadership team, liaising daily with the global leadership team, Board members, investors and other internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive Assistant support to the CEO, including diary, inbox, international travel and expense management
- Undertake a broad variety of administrative tasks, including preparation of Board documents and presentations
- Effective coordination and liaison with key stakeholders across the business, including the Executive Leadership Team, Board Members, investors and external partners
- Support the CEO and senior leadership team with background research and management of small projects
- Plan and prepare senior leadership and Group Board meetings and other in-house of off-site events, activities, webinars and virtual global team meetings
- Provide ad-hoc executive support to the Leadership Team as required.
About the Candidate
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent by experience
- Previous experience of EA support to a CEO in a complex organisation
- Experience of working with, and supporting, Leaders and teams distributed across multiple geographies and timezones
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage tactfully and diplomatically with a wide range of stakeholders
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to accommodate timezone challenges
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Experience of coordinating meetings and arranging offsite events in global locations
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite; strong aptitude to learn and adopt new software and systems
