The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic HR professional to join our People & Culture team at Imperial Brands. As a Strategic Business Partner, you will be an influential and pivotal member of our P&C Community. Working closely with our Global P&C teams, you will help to define, develop, and execute the People and Culture agenda and plan. You will act as an internal consultant and use business knowledge and understanding of a similar business sector, to enable you to provide expert advice and challenge in order to align the needs of the business and the delivery of the Functions people priorities and plan whilst also ensuring the operational delivery and implementation of our P&C Operating Models.

Principal Accountabilities
- Works in partnership with our People & Culture team to drive strategic objectives and enhance business performance.
- Influences business strategy providing highly relevant insight into workforce and culture and translates the business strategy into People Strategies engaging with P&C CoE where appropriate, whilst building strong relationships with the COEs and People Services to leverage their expertise and support to help implement the people strategies and plans.
- Provide leadership, facilitates change and identifies opportunities to unlock business value as well as acts as a member of relevant leadership teams.
- Supports the roll out of Global CoE policies and frameworks e.g. Talent & Succession Management, Connected Performance, Organisation Effectiveness, Organisational Health reviews etc.
- Works with senior leaders to support the roll out and embedding of strategic initiatives.
- Working with the People and Culture Director, the role will be responsible for managing, cascading and monitoring all Global processes as well as guiding and coaching Senior Leaders.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in strategic P&C partnering within a Human Resources function or similar environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building trust and rapport across all levels.
- Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy, with strong influencing skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management abilities.
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and coaching senior managers and an understanding of global matrix organizations and business complexities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and storytelling to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
