Job Description

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to work as part of the Entain studios team, acting as the primary point of contact for all queries, support and product requirements. You’ll help to drive the commercial success of our studios product roadmap within our key markets via localised strategies, engagement with casino teams and detailed product knowledge.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with casino commercial teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Entain studios for inquiries, requests, and escalations for all Entain and BetMGM casino teams.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand brand strategies, gaming objectives, preferences, and challenges to develop proposals and opportunities for Entain Studios.
  • Analyze and prepare feedback from commercial teams, Entain product teams and operator stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and deliveries from Entain Studios.
  • Working with Director of content and Entain studios, develop and implement market strategies to maximize brand team satisfaction and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and deliver the In House studios product roadmap to commercial, marketing and brand stakeholders to drive commercial performance of Entain Studios.
  • Regularly review the In house production proposition across our brand sites to drive Entain studios revenue.
  • Proactively address brand queries and provide solutions to enhance their experience and use of Entain studios games within their portfolios.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to brand commercial teams on relevant feature and game developments, that will enhance the appeal and player engagement of inhouse products.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the betting and gaming industry.
  • Produce documentation to record interactions, requirements and communications with cross business stakeholders.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) presenting to the Entain studios stakeholders.
  • Work with the Entain Studios leadership team to review financial performance to identify areas of strength, improvement & focus areas implementing actions plans and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement commercial launch plans for Entain Studios content to help achieve commercial success from the product roadmap.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Previous experience within the online B2B industry as a Sales person or Account Manager.
  • Experience in the Gaming Industry, ideally for both online & retail.
  • Experience of working with Games Development Teams & Game studios.
  • Experience of managing and building relationships with multi-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desired:

  • Experience of gambling regulations in the UK & other EU jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering commercial strategy.
