We’re looking for a Global Representatives Coordinator (4 Month FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function.

Your Role: You will support the Global Representatives Manager to ensure the Reps network is performing to the standard LIONS expects. The Reps network champions creativity globally. They promote the Cannes Lions brand as well as acting as the voice of the customer in their local market, delivering key insights and intelligence about their respective markets back to the business. The Reps connect the business with local agencies, brands and media owners from all over the world.

Reporting to the Global Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with teams across the business including but not limited to content, awards, partnerships, learning and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Global Representatives Manager in ensuring the Representatives have the latest branded assets to ensure they are accurately representing the LIONS brand in their market.
  2. Keep the Reps database and website updated with the latest contact information.
  3. Help maintain the Reps Hub, a central point for Reps to access key information they need to carry out their role.
  4. Answer day-to-day queries from Reps about their passes, Young Lions competitions and juries.
  5. Ensure correct Reps have their logins for The Work, Contagious IQ, WARC and access to the Global Network Portal.
  6. Support with the complimentary pass admin for Reps; making sure the Reps have booked their passes and keeping a check on who they are bringing as guests.
  7. Regular monthly/weekly delegate reporting for the Reps in the run-up to the Festival.
  8. Help organise the Reps drinks in Cannes.

Your Experience

  1. Experience managing expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  4. Ability to prioritise.
  5. Hands-on approach, being proactive when coming up with solutions to challenges.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. Second language preferred but not essential.
