This award winning creative communications agency works in partnerships with their clients, delivering communication strategies by creating experiences through virtual, live and hybrid events as well as experiential engagement and content design. With engagement at the heart of everything they do they work across a variety of sectors including financial services, insurance and media to name a few! As experts in operational delivery and execution they produce over 60 events a year including large scale conferences and incentive events! THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Client Services Event Director to come on board and drive business forward to further commercial success. A broad role, responsibilities include:

  1. Driving new business strategy and managing the sales process
  2. Developing and strengthening client relationships
  3. Leading the RPF process, developing engaging proposals
  4. Pitching for and securing business
  5. Driving growth and expanding the agencies portfolio
  6. Working closely with internal delivery teams to ensure profitability margins
  7. Management and development of a team

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a deep understanding of creative event delivery and production coupled with a proven background of business development / account / relationship development. Candidates must have a solid background in developing engagement proposals and pitching for new business. You will be a natural at consultative selling and hold a deep understanding of the corporate events market, ideally gained from working within an agency environment. You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are an excellent communicator, pro-active, knowledgeable and a confident individual, with an enthusiastic willingness to learn from the team. You have a passion for the events industry and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
