Senior Civil Engineer- Structures and Bridges
Are you an experienced Senior Civil Engineer- Structures and Bridges looking for a new role?
As a Senior Civil Engineer- Structures and Bridges, you will be responsible for being the lead project manager delivering a wide range of schemes on a capital investment plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the project manager for a diverse range of bridge projects within the Highway Structures capital investment plan.
- Serve as the designated Client under the CDM 2015 Regulations. For simpler projects, also take on other CDM roles such as Designer and Principal Designer.
- Manage the procurement of technical consultants and oversee their work in delivering technical specifications and contract documentation.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to DMRB CG300 standards.
- Select the appropriate contract terms for each project and ensure that all required consents, both internal and external, are obtained and adhered to.
Essential Experience:
- Driving licence and ability to drive to various locations throughout the county.
- Project Management experience.
