We are hiring a Client Director to build and lead a sizeable portfolio of client work, driving growth and delivering against revenue and profit targets through business development, creating compelling solutions, and leading the design and delivery of impactful programs and transformations that delight our clients.

The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing a client portfolio with overall accountability for portfolio success, driving the commercial performance of client projects, ensuring quality solution design and delivery and driving new business development activities through networking, developing proposals and delivering high quality pitches.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale strategic project and client management in a senior level role in one or more of the following areas:

  1. Experience designing leadership development solutions in a large organization
  2. Change management or transformation work

Through effective business development activity, the ideal candidate will have led business growth and delivered solutions tailored to the market using creative and innovative ideas. As a charismatic networker with executive presence and ideally existing relationships at senior level with potential partners, they will have a high level of emotional intelligence, creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to persuade and lead others to achieve and ensure their success.

Office Location and Travel

This role is office-based 5 days a week, and will also require travel to client locations, domestically and internationally.
