The specialist development monitoring team of this global real estate consultancy provides independent technical advice to clients who are funding real estate developments in the UK and Europe.
They are on panel for well-known banks, funds, and occupiers with a full pipeline of projects across both commercial and residential sectors.
Due to ongoing expansion, they seek a development monitoring surveyor to join their London development monitoring team to oversee projects in London and SE England.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Due diligence of proposed developments
- Monitoring of development progress
- Managing financial risk
- Client and stakeholder engagement
- Report writing
- Site visits
Ideal candidate attributes:
- Degree qualified in a property-related subject
- Ideally chartered, MRICS or equivalent
