Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Location: Remote (Must be commutable to sites in London)
We’re working with an established and successful multidisciplinary consultancy, providing services across a range of disciplines for clients in the residential sector. Having been established over 30 years ago, they have over three decades of experience developing a strong reputation across the UK.
Whilst our client is Yorkshire based, they have a number of sites based in London and require an Architectural Technologist to work as part of a small London based team. The role will be fully remote, although will require London based sites so you must be based in the South East.
You will require:
- Minimum of 5 years residential/housing experience in the UK
- Experience with both traditionally designed and Design & Build Contracts
- Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
- Knowledge and experience in Revit (desirable)
- A strong technical ability in all forms of construction
- Experience in Building and Planning regulations/procedures
