Description
CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Field Engineer to join a dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for carrying out technical engineering installations (including but not limited to temporary heating, environmental monitoring, temporary fume and ventilation LEV installations, and Envirohub water treatment) across the UK. Additionally, you will assist with equipment breakdown ‘callouts’ as needed (a company van will be provided for business use).

Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to perform repairs, installations, and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Carry out on-site technical engineering installations across the UK on a range of equipment.
- Conduct on-site inspections, repairs, and installations of various equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Liaise with and instruct site agents on equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Carry out equipment breakdowns as required.
- Commission and test LEV systems.
- Maintain a high level of site health and safety awareness.
- Overtime may be required, along with regular overnight stays and occasional weekend work.
Requirements
- Construction Site Experience
- Electrical and/or Mechanical related NVQ Level 3
- CSCS/ECS card
- BOHS P600 / P601
- Knowledge of LEV systems
- Maths & English Level 2
- Health & Safety Cert e.g. ISOH/SSSTS
- Ability to review Risk Assessments
- Basic understanding of occupational health hazards
- IPAF/PASMA
