Job Description
Life as a Software Engineer is all about creating products using the latest tech. Reporting into a Tech Leader, you’ll help to build products for the future and develop important Software Engineering skills.
Whilst coding is an important part of being a Software Engineer, you’ll also brainstorm and develop solutions with your team, attend planning sessions and work with a variety of people across teams. You may have to translate technical work to non-technical colleagues.
This Graduate role is a permanent opportunity and you’ll take part in our 2-year structured Early Careers Development Programme which is packed with workshops, short-courses and online material designed to help kick-start your career.
Requirements
To be eligible to join this Graduate Programme, you’ll need:
- A minimum 2:2 degree classification preferably in a STEM field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics). If you don’t have a degree in those fields but can demonstrate an applied interest in technology, then we’d still love to hear from you.
- To have graduated within the last three years (2023, 2024 or 2025 graduates)
- Basic proficiency of coding in any language is desirable (e.g. Python, C#, Java)
- Legal right to work in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme – this role is not capable of visa sponsorship.
Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, you’ll work onsite at the Nottingham office at least weekly.
