This leading FMCG organisation offers a qualified ACA /ACCA / CIMA an outstanding opportunity to join their commercial finance function. Reporting to the Financial Director, your role will be critical in driving financial performance across the business and will be key to supporting strategic decision making.
Your role will be:
- Manage the commercial budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present detailed financial analysis, reports and forecasts to the Leadership Team.
- Support and challenge the sales teams to drive strong financial performance, maximising margins.
- Analysis of Industry metrics to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process for sales and marketing, working closely with the Commercial Director and Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor commercial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, supply chain, operations) to evaluate new growth opportunities and ensure tender processes are managed effectively.
- Ad hoc reporting as required.
