A Chef de Partie is required to join an exciting and creative, privately owned bar and restaurant. £ 30,000 Start January 2025 As a Chef de Partie you will be working 5 days out of 7 and be given the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen, serving stylish food in a relaxed environment. Using 100% fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu, an emphasis on local produce and a good range of daily specials; you will be asked for ideas and encouraged to develop yourself craft wise- along with also be trained with a view to being promoted throughout the company which has 15+ gastro pubs (and growing!). This is a great option for a Chef de Partie serious about food and wanting to enjoy their job. Based in London , this is a great location ! The successful candidate will have previous experience to at least Chef de Partie level in either a quality pub or restaurant environment, work within a brigade of 5 and be able to move to any section.
