This is an entry-level, associate position.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 days onsite at London office per week
  • Market Research background
  • 1-2 years experience as a Project Manager in fieldwork (Quantitative and Qualitative)

We are seeking a driven, organized, and forward-thinking project manager to join our operations team.

As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility is managing all project coordination and field activities for research projects within the consumer insights and shopper research industry.

Responsibilities

  • Survey & Stimuli Development: Review project scope, draft qualitative screeners, and collaborate with clients on stimuli for data collection questionnaires.
  • Resource Management: Manage and negotiate with vendors, determine and obtain necessary equipment and materials.
  • Budget Management: Monitor expenses and proactively manage costs to keep projects within budget.
  • Project Monitoring & Quality Control: Oversee project performance, resolve issues independently, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards, research methodologies, accurate data, and compliance with company standards.
  • Cost Estimation for Proposals: Develop timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Market Research industry
  • Background in marketing research preferred
  • Experience with digital assets and planogram building
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong client management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Effective time management and task prioritization
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking
