You will support children and young people with a range of complex needs including autism, developmental delays, and social communication difficulties. Working closely with clinical leaders and school teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy provision. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy * Support systems-level, preventative interventions with a whole-school approach * Deliver expert training, consultation, and guidance to staff and stakeholders * Independently manage a clinical caseload * Participate in audit, research, and service development activities * Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams About You You are a skilled and compassionate professional with a passion for inclusive education and evidence-based practice.
