Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in technical projects, particularly in front-end, UI/UX-based initiatives, and experience working within a SaaS-based organization. Experience in FinTech or the mortgage industry is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving clarity, alignment, and delivery of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. - Collaboration:
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-centric designs align with business goals.
Work with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and proper implementation of front-end and UI/UX requirements.
Act as a liaison between business teams and SaaS product teams. - Project Management Support:
Support project planning by identifying deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
Track project progress, manage risks, and provide updates to stakeholders. - Technical Insight:
Contribute to system and process design, ensuring solutions align with SaaS architecture and best practices.
Support API integration requirements, understanding SaaS platform constraints.
Key Skills and Experience
- Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in projects involving front-end, UI/UX design, and development.
Strong understanding of SaaS-based architectures and platforms.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows. - Business Analysis Skills:
