Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor – Competitive salary
The Role
This is a excellent opportunity to join a multinational UK based law firm with a long-standing relationship offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals.
The firm's Restructuring & Insolvency London team is a market-leading practice, handling high-profile and complex company failures and administrations.
Due to an expansion across the firm’s commercial offering, the Partners are now seeking to appoint an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including contentious and non-contentious matters, debt restructuring, Section 110 demergers, security reviews, advice to directors on their duties and procedural court applications.
The successful candidate will be expected to work with limited supervision but with the benefit of full administrative support.
The Candidate
- Solicitor with 6+ years post qualification experience specifically working within a Restructuring and Insolvency team
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
