Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Researches, writes, and assembles proposal content, including cover letters, executive summaries, descriptions of qualifications and experience, work approach, team structures, staff qualifications, and other bid requirements.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to strategize, plan, create key themes, and develop proposal sections.
- Ensures timely submission of proposals by staying on schedule and coordinating review processes.
- Develops minor graphics to enhance proposal messaging and visual appeal.
- Maintains records of submitted proposals and gathers feedback to identify improvements.
- Curates content to support AI proposal development, focusing on accuracy and high-quality responses.
Influence and Decision-Making Authority
Operates with a degree of independence within broad practices and procedures, influencing stakeholders and collaborating across teams, including industry, service, marketing, and technology groups.
Job Requirements & Capabilities
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Experience: 5-7 years in content management and proposal development, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Proven success in developing complex proposals and understanding client issues.
- Knowledge of content management best practices and familiarity with AI platforms is a plus.
- Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate efficiently under pressure with high attention to detail.
