Do you have strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead a classroom? GSL Education South Yorkshire is seeking Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Doncaster. About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher. Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour. Support students in completing their work and engage them in learning activities. Supervise students during breaks, transitions, and exams, ensuring a safe and structured environment. Work closely with teaching staff and senior leadership teams to uphold school policies. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with secondary-aged students, either in a school, tutoring, or mentoring role. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential. Confident in delivering instructions and maintaining discipline in a classroom setting.
