THE COMPANY: Our client is an award-winning investment manager, providing Real Estate funding, Private Equity and is a leading provider of growth capital. They also run an Equities fund. This is a 15 hrs a week role paying £55K pro rated (£20,600 for the 15 hrs) Mainly remote with 2 days a month in either the London, Manchester or Edinburgh offices.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and approve financial promotions, marketing materials and other communications to clients and external distributors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional strategies are compliant.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory changes and the impact these may have on promotional activity and materials. Support the team on the implementation of any necessary changes.
- Liaise with other relevant teams to ensure that all external materials are factually correct and are frequently updated, reviewed and approved.
- Maintain accurate records of all reviewed and approved materials.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the Product team to understand product and service specifics.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong understanding of FCA financial regulations and compliance requirements in relation to financial promotions and client communications.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Consistently demonstrates high levels of discretionary effort.
