The Role We're looking for an experienced HRBP who will work in close collaboration with the Head of International HR, focusing on operational delivery in their respective group, organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, performance management and diversity and inclusion, to drive the development, implementation and maintenance of HR best practice, programs and tools. You will be experienced in Employee Relations and will support the wider HR function on cases, taking accountability for complex cases where appropriate including TUPE, and building exceptional stakeholder relationships, whilst offering solutions that make a positive business impact. You'll also: * Partner with appropriate business leadership groups to identify, develop and execute people and talent strategies that drive the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce * Assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, talent management/development, career development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas * Educate and empower management to use the engagement surveys as a tool for engagement and growth for your respective business areas and formulate action plans for approval * Work in collaboration with the HRBP to identify high potential employees and create development plans to expand the skillset of potential successors * Be accountable for the analysis and presentation of regular engagement surveys for respective areas and work with respective business unit leaders to develop action plans that support priorities of the wider business * Translate workforce data/metrics into meaningful insights with a focus on retention and engagement * Proactively remain up to date with HR trends, laws and regulations * In consultation with appropriate leaders, manage the delivery of activities including: * Talent management and development * Organisational change * Implementing HR programs, processes, and tools to help set managers and employees up for success. * Ensure people related matters are handled objectively and consistently in line with legislation and company policy/procedure * Work with the wider HR team to guide managers on conduct, capability, grievance and appeals, including attendance at investigations and hearings where appropriate * HR communications: create and manage content for the HR SharePoint site to ensure resources are up to date and fit for purpose for our employees, designing and issuing HR communications via email, Yammer, and SharePoint * Design and deliver bespoke training materials (working with L&D where appropriate) for employees and people managers Who we're looking for As a minimum requirement, you'll be: * CIPD Level 7 qualified * Previous experience of working in an HR Business Partner capacity * Knowledgeable of employment law and legislation experience * An experienced user of HR Information Systems * Able to identify, implement and drive people solutions * Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment * A commercially aware, strong communicator who is confident in having difficult conversations and challenging ways of thinking As a PeopleScout employee, you're set to gain so much from being part of our team, including: * Time off to rest, recover or conquer items on the bucket list through our 27 days holiday, and our holiday purchase benefit where you can buy up to an additional 5 days * Great company paid benefits including, private medical *, health cash plan, life assurance, company pension and access to an Employee Assistance Programme * Look after your health and get cash back on your everyday healthcare costs with our flexible dental and cash plan benefits or grab some great discounts at your local gym * Other great flexible benefits such as a TechScheme, free mortgage advice, help with travel costs plus more * A strong care for the community and planet with opportunities to give back and care for our environment with eco-friendly benefits like our cycle to work scheme * Individual development plans with customised learning solutions, including clear career pathways designed to support individual growth and career advancement progress * A group of diverse, passionate people to socialise and build your career with *Available to people managers & senior professional roles We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from persons regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
