Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Head of Department within Creative Arts at our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a full-time basis .
Head of Department: Creative Arts
The Head of Department’s aim is to enhance student retention and achievement. The successful candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership. They will be able to demonstrate their recent successful experience in running courses and high levels of student attainment and achievement. They will be capable of leading from the front by completing up to 10 hours of teaching per week.
