Grounds Maintenance Worker

About the Role On behalf of our client, we have an immediate and exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative. This role offers ongoing, regular work with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for maintaining commercial landscapes across Hull and surrounding areas, ensuring outdoor spaces are kept to a high standard year-round. Key Responsibilities ⦁ Carry out general grounds and landscaping maintenance ⦁ Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and maintaining trees and shrubs ⦁ Weed prevention and applying fertilizers/pesticides as required ⦁ Winter gritting and snow clearing duties ⦁ Safe operation of grounds maintenance tools and equipment ⦁ Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard Requirements ⦁ Previous experience in a grounds maintenance role is essential ⦁ MUST have PA1 and PA6 certification ⦁ Full UK driving licence and own transport (you will not be required to use your own vehicle for work) ⦁ Conscientious, reliable, and detail-oriented ⦁ Service and quality-driven with excellent time management skills What We Offer ⦁ £14 per hour ⦁ Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule ⦁ Opportunity for a permanent position after a successful probation period ⦁ Work in a supportive and professional environment How to Apply If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, apply today
