You’ll play a key role in planning, organising, and overseeing exceptional care and support for individuals in their homes and care settings. Your Key Responsibilities: – Create and manage staff rosters using Webroster. – Allocate, process, and oversee new care package referrals. – Handle changes to care packages and maintain accurate staff availability records. – Respond to calls and inquiries professionally, escalating as needed. – Collaborate with colleagues, professional bodies, and family members to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Success in this Role Will Look Like: – Meeting utilisation and performance targets. – Ensuring care is allocated effectively to meet service users’ needs. – Supporting the branch team in achieving business and compliance objectives.
