My client, an established travel travel company, with a strong presence across the UK are seeking a Trainee Travel Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to train as a Travel Consultant with excellent customer service and a passion for travel. JOB DESCRIPTION: Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants Greeting customers face to face and over the phone Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance. SKILLS REQUIRED: Passionate about travel and customer service Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude THE PACKAGE: A starting salary of £22,795 Monday – Saturday based in branch in Essex Alternative Saturdays with a day of in lieu Additional benefits include staff travel rates, family & friends holiday discounts, overseas educationals, Pension scheme and social events This is a friendly working environment, with such a big presence in the area and great long term career options.
