We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in providing quality care and support to residents in the nursing home. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals in need of 24 hour care.
Duties:

Assist the clinical team and other healthcare professionals in delivering resident care according to individual care plans

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team

Provide support in the nursing home environment

Maintain accurate documentation of resident information and activities
Proficiency in IT systems used for healthcare documentation

Ability to follow and implement care plans effectively

Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues

Experience in care home settings is a plus
