Our client is an established law firm with a great reputation within the legal industry. They are looking for a Criminal Duty Defence Solicitor to join their expanding team.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Criminal Defence Solicitor, you will be joining one of the largest teams of its kind in the UK, with national coverage across the UK. You will work with experts in many different classes of criminal investigations, prosecutions, and inquests, including:
- High profile inquest and D&O cases
- Defending motor prosecutions β routinely the more serious/fatal matters
- Defending HSE and Local Authority/Environment Agency prosecutions
- Complex care home and CQC-related cases
The Successful Applicant:
You will be a Criminal Defence Solicitor looking for a great new role. Our client is looking for more than one candidate and therefore they will consider any level from 1-5 PQE. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
