Are you an expert or aspiring Senior Product Marketing Manager? Pragmatic Semiconductor have a new exciting opportunity on offer based out of our head office on the Cambridge Science Park. This role will report directly into our Senior Director of Product Management in our Commercial department!

We are able to be flexible on the location for this role, but would prefer for someone to be based from our Cambridge office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Positioning & Messaging: Drive the development and execution of compelling product positioning and messaging to ensure products resonate with target audiences, align with customer needs, and differentiate from competitors.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive GTM plans that align with product launch schedules and target customer segments, ensuring flawless integration with sales and marketing teams.
  3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Lead market research and competitive intelligence efforts to identify differentiated improvement applications, trends, customer difficulties, and emerging opportunities based on Pragmatic semiconductor’s technology to drive future business.
  4. Customer Perception & Engagement: Focus on crafting and improving customer perceptions through crucial messaging, content creation, and customer engagement initiatives.
  5. Sales Enablement & Training: Collaborate with product management, sales, and demand generation teams to equip the sales organisation with the tools, content, and training vital to drive product adoption and sales success.
  6. Demand Generation & Lead Tracking: Support marketing efforts by defining target segments, supervising market penetration, and monitoring lead generation and customer engagement metrics.
  7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, marketing team, sales, demand generation teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of product and marketing strategies across all channels.
  8. Product Launch Support: Product launches in collaboration with Product management, ensuring marketing and sales efforts are synchronised with the product release timeline and that launch materials effectively communicate product benefits and value.
  9. Market Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with customers, sales, and internal teams to continuously refine product features, marketing strategies and improve product positioning based on market dynamics.

Skills & Experience

  1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Electronics Engineering
  2. Validated industry experience (around 10 years) with a track record of driving successful product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
  3. Semiconductor industry experience
  4. Experience in market modelling for business cases and opportunity sizing
  5. Knowledge of working with or within semiconductor foundries
  6. Knowledge of customer relationship management and sales enablement strategies
  7. Experience using CRM systems
  8. Expertise in market analysis and competitive intelligence
