We are looking for a deputy manager to work for a home that provides care for the elderly. You must be RGN qualified. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior Registered Nurse with management experience, e.g. Head of Unit or Clinical Lead, looking to take the next step in their career progression.
As deputy, you will be wholly responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the General Manager. The deputy will be confident communicators, effective leaders, and skilled clinicians; committed to creating a nurturing environment for our residents and for our staff.
It goes without saying that you will be the perfect blend of dedication, competence, and compassion; able to motivate and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver all-round excellence, ensuring that the people we support feel valued and safe.
