Job Description
A multi-award-winning broker is looking to bring in hungry, motivated, and focused Trainee Protection Advisers as part of their growth strategy in Fareham. This role would be ideal for someone looking to get into sales, driven to earn money and eager to work hard.
As Trainee Protection Adviser, you will receive superb training and support as you develop, helping to secure families financial futures through life insurance, income protection and critical illness sales. You will benefit from full and comprehensive training program, a basic salary of £25,000 and an OTE of £50,000 – £60,000, pension contributions, onsite parking and a fun, collaborative working environment.
You will be working on a pre-qualified lead given to you on a hot key basis, alongside outbound calling. Working hours vary from 09:30-19:00 and 09:30-16:30, with no weekend work!
Who/What you need to be as a Trainee Protection Adviser:
- Previous Telesales experience
- Experience in customer service and helping people need to be a fundamental part of your ethos
- Hard-working, capable of hitting monthly sales targets
- Hungry to learn to get signed off to give regulated financial advice on Life insurance, critical illness cover & income protection.
- Someone who is able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Keen to take your first steps into financial services with a real drive to earn money
- Self-motivation, confidence, ambition, and a good positive attitude
