Mortgage Advisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-established mortgage advisor to set up a new business within an Estate Agency. My client is a well-established estate agency, and they are on the lookout for a customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to help set up a new business within the agency split, between two locations in North London. The successful candidate will have the ability to convert leads into mortgage sign ups/income. A chance to run your own company with unlimited earning potential. The successful candidate will be working alongside a team with decades of industry experience. – Must have at least 1-2 years mortgage experience and be CeMAP qualified. What you will do: -Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the best deals tailored to their financial needs. -Advise on a wide range of products, including first-time buyer, remortgage, and buy-to-let options. -Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process from start to finish. -Build strong relationships with both clients and lenders. -Keep up-to-date with market trends, lender products, and regulatory changes. -Work closely with the estate agency team to convert leads and provide seamless service.
