Project Manager β Β£75k-Β£85k + Comprehensive Package π¨ πΌ Role: Project Manager (Permanent, Full-Time β 45 hrs/week) π° Salary: Β£75k-Β£85k + Full Benefits Package π Location: London TRIbuild Solutions are hiring a Project Manager on behalf of our client β a leading civil engineering and infrastructure specialist with over 40 years of experience across water, transport, built environment, and energy sectors. π The Role: We\βre looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering projects from design to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You\βll work closely with site delivery teams and surveyors while driving commercial performance and maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards. πͺ Key Responsibilities: βοΈ Manage project costs, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting. βοΈ Develop and maintain construction programmes. βοΈ Lead site meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping and action follow-ups. βοΈ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. βοΈ Ensure compliance with company procedures, health, safety, and environmental standards. βοΈ Provide cost-effective engineering solutions and resolve design challenges. βοΈ Produce risk assessments, method statements, and site waste management plans. βοΈ Manage subcontractors and drive commercial efficiency. π About You: Essential: βοΈ Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). βοΈ Strong knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, NEC contracts, and cost control. βοΈ Proficient in Primavera P6 or similar planning software. βοΈ MEICA capabilities. βοΈ CSCS Manager\βs card, SMSTS, and NEBOSH Construction Certificate. βοΈ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. βοΈ Experience managing heavy civils, rail, water, and utilities projects. βοΈ Sub-contract management and P6 programming experience. βοΈ Temporary works coordinator/supervisor experience.
