Elite US law firm are recruiting a Corporate Legal PA to support one partner and two associates on an initial 12 Month FTC, within a team known for its high-profile, cross-border transactional work in emerging tech sectors, including AI.

Salary to £55,000

09:30-17:30 working hours

Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)

This is a perfect opportunity for a highly organised Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-calibre legal environment, and is confident supporting senior stakeholders while managing competing priorities.

Corporate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diaries to include maintaining key client contact information
  • Coordinate arrangements for client and non-client meetings including conference room reservations, lunches etc.
  • Manage all travel arrangements and logistics including preparation of detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and create new documents, presentations, spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Transcribe handwritten materials and/or dictation
  • Input, review, edit and close fee earner time sheets in a timely manner
  • Prepare matter openings, conflict checks and arrange for matter closings
Corporate Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Legal PA experience within a law firm supporting at partner level
  • Demonstrate strong document production skills and excellent knowledge of correct formatting techniques
  • Passes at GCSE/O-level, Secretarial ILEX, or equivalent technical knowledge
