Forge Operator Cradley Heath Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM £14-£15 per hour depending on experience Temp to Perm   We are seeking an experienced Forge Operator to join our clients team in Cradley Heath. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company.   Key Responsibilities: Operating drop forging equipment and stamping machinery Working with heated metals to forge and shape components Quality checking finished products for accuracy and defects Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times  Requirements: Previous experience in drop forging and stamping is essential Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic  What We Offer: Competitive starting hourly rate of £14-£15 per hour Four-day working week (long weekends!)
