Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology with manufacturing facilities in Croydon, UK and Kentucky, USA. We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, automotive, healthcare, and more. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to be responsible for the provision of quality customer service and the management of orders through our supply chain as we continue to grow. About the Role: The successful applicant will work to approved standard and service level agreements to provide excellent customer service for Zotefoams by assisting the team to achieve on time delivery targets. This will be done by analysing customer order behaviours to deliver supply chain improvement on a variety of projects. You will also work closely with the planning team to ensure customers’ requirements are fulfilled whilst dealing with receipt, tuning, and booking of sales orders and issuing order confirmations. Management and handling of customer queries and complaints is also key. Role Responsibilities: Proactive management of the order book for specific customer portfolios and a focus for customer service improvement opportunities. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, attend customer visits where necessary and participate in team meetings. This will include encouraging and maintaining information exchange between the CSC and internal departments such as QA, Planning, Logistics, Finance and Despatch. You will promote the voice of the customer internally. Support the sales force by engaging with existing customers to place their orders in a timely manner and contribute to sales forecasting. Undertake any other duties as required from time to time, commensurate with the role. Experience and desirable skills: Experience of working in a B2B supply chain environment is essential. Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word. Team focused, able to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others. Understanding of cultural differences resulting from working in an international environment. Being able to deliver improvement initiatives to advance customer satisfaction and/or supply chain efficiency. A customer focused approach and to be capable of contributing to improving customer service. Self-motivated and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong numerical, organisational & communication skills.
