Join our Living Places team as a Street Lighting Operative based at our BB Northants PFI Depot, East Midlands, where you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled team and the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry., As a Street Lighting Operative, your main responsibilities will be as follows:-

Maintenance of Lighting Columns, lighting brackets, Lanterns, bollards and signs
-
The changing of lamps, lanterns, covers, electric cells, fuses, capacitors, switches
-
Assist Street Lighting Electricians with fault finding and repair
-
Assist with excavations for installations of Feeder Pillars, Lighting columns, Signposts, Bollards, EV Charge points and speed cameras
-
Management of on site point of work risk assessments
-
Identify and report safety observations
-
Set up and removal of site traffic management / pedestrian Management
-

G39/1 Working in the vicinity of DNO

NRSWA operative training

302.1 (12D) Traffic Management

Manual Handling training
-
Emergency First Aid (1 Day)training.
