JCK Search are currently working to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager to join our clients well-established team. With over 40 years of experience in the commercial fit out sector, they’ve built a strong reputation in the industry. This role will be site based in either Liverpool Street or Canary Wharf with a primary focus on delivering projects on time. They’re offering a competitive financial package and excellent career growth opportunities. Duties: * Providing leadership, and energy. * Ensuring the Mechanical works run to strict programme. * Maintaining strict quality control procedures. * Lead regular site meetings with all interested parties. * Report on site progress to project manager. * Managing sub-contractors to maintain programme targets. * Assist with commissioning and handover. * Review of the scope of works, produce RAMS documents where required. * Conducting regular site safety checks. * Being proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
