The Consultancy Group is working with a Global FTSE 100 Tech business on a senior hire. We’re looking for a forward-thinking Finance Director and experienced leader to take charge of corporate finance and working capital strategies. In this key role, you’ll be making important financial decisions based on data and analysis, all while leading a talented team to achieve great results. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives that support growth and scalability. This role is perfect for a finance pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys helping others grow.
The ideal candidate needs to have an ACA background with industry experience within a large Plc company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quarterly Market Valuation: Manage the quarterly market valuation process, collaborating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Financial Planning: Partner with the FP&A team to ensure financial plans are current and aligned with company goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams to ensure accurate valuation results.
- Leverage & Capacity Model: Oversee the leverage and capacity model, providing real-time insights for decision-making.
- Corporate Finance Advisory: Advise on key finance matters, including share buyback programs and recommendations for dividend growth.
- Working Capital Management: Lead the reporting of working capital and cash flow forecasting to ensure financial efficiency.
- M&A Support: Contribute to M&A projects, ensuring smooth integration and accurate financial reporting.
