Our client, a leading real estate lending business, is seeking a Technology Director to drive innovation, optimize technology solutions, and enhance operational efficiency. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a hands-on approach to analyzing the existing tech landscape, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology & Team Assessment: Evaluate the current technology infrastructure and team structure, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Gap Analysis & Strategy: Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis to determine inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Supplier Strategy: Assess existing third-party technology suppliers, making strategic recommendations on in-housing vs. outsourcing to maximize value and efficiency.
- Scalable Tech Solutions: Develop and implement a scalable technology roadmap aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
