Head of UK Compliance

My client, an international bank, is looking for a UK Head of Compliance (SMF16).

This role will report to the C-Suite and requires prior experience engaging with the regulator/FCA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the UK Compliance team
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders (regulators, senior management)
• Ensuring a robust conduct and compliance framework meeting the firm’s regulatory obligations
• Managing direct reports alongside annual appraisals and reviews

Key Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in a compliance function at a wholesale bank
• Excellent understanding of FCA regulatory guidance
