As the company continues to grow and expand their offering, the Founder is looking for a Director of Operations to look after biz ops and drive strategic projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity with loads of responsibility and autonomy, and a chance to have real impact.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the finance function, creating models and forecasts to drive decision-making.
• Drive high levels of customer service , ensuring the right processes and structures are in place.
• Manage relationships with external lawyers and ensure compliance with regulations .
• Drive strategic initiatives across operations, people and culture and new propositions.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in a generalist project role for 3-6 years, e.g., consulting and/or product management or strategy & ops roles in a tech startup.
• Operations experience at a smaller tech company with exposure to finance, legal, hiring and customer support.
• Comfortable being scrappy and hands-on in a small team.
