A large and well recognised, award winning, top AJ100 architectural practice, with a network of global offices, has a vacancy for a Bid Manager. Working on UK and international bids, you will be working closely with the senior management team throughout the bid process, from identifying opportunities to proposal submission. You will be required to produce high quality proposals, meet client deadlines and manage the bid process, ensuring compliance with PQQ and RFP requirements. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar bid role, within the construction industry, managing complex bids involving multiple stakeholders, and will be able to demonstrate success in winning projects through effective proposal management. You will be proficient with Adobe InDesign and MS Office for the use of producing high quality and visually engaging documentation. In addition, you will require excellent written communication skills, and you must possess the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. You will be joining an extremely established and globally recognised business with a broad portfolio of project typologies, and a well-respected brand.
