Jobstore UK are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Manager to join our clients leading distribution centre in Lancashire. We are looking for someone who who will manage the entire recruitment lifecyclefrom identifying staffing needs, target advertising, managing interviews, to the onboarding of new team members. This role will be pivotal in creating a high-performance culture on site by attracting and retaining the best talent in the distribution and manufacturing sector. You will need to collaborate closely with department heads, so as to really understand their specific hiring needs and design targeted recruitment campaigns that pin point prospective candidates. The right applicant will have Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar position, ideally within a multi-site environment. Deep knowledge of recruitment practices and current labour market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects at any one time. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
