If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and administration, our client\’s Schools and Family Department has a temporary opportunity for you. As a Customer Service Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department\’s administrative needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing bookings for school trips and events. You will also assist in rebooking and rearranging trips, ensuring effective communication with schools even in potentially hostile situations.
