Job Description

PMO Coordinator – Global Logistics Company

  • 10-Month Fixed Term Contract
  • £45,000 – 50,000 (FTE)
  • Central London (4 days p.w onsite)

Our client is undergoing a significant change and digital transformation programme; implementing new technologies and refining it’s business processes to ensure they’re futureproofed and can continue to adapt and succeed in their evolving industry.

It’s highly intricate and challenging work that intersects with every aspect of the org. And with the programme now entering a critical phase, they are seeking PMO Coordinators with change management / change adoption experience to support the rollout of a cutting edge new system.

As a PMO Coordinator, you’ll need a proactive and flexible approach, extensive experience across the full project management delivery cycle and a track record of successful software rollouts within transformation and change environments.

Prior experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, oil & gas, and utilities will be considered favourably.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years PMO experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful systems rollouts in complex businesses environments.
  • Supported programmes of work focused on change management adoption.
  • Experienced in coordinating training to support the implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Digital transformation experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of project Management methodologies, tools and project control mechanisms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills including planning and forecasting
  • Good MS Excel skills.
  • Hands on delivery focused.
